Advocacy Updates

On October 16, 2025, the Center on Race, Inequality, and the Law at NYU School of Law submitted a comment urging the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to withdraw its proposal to collect social media identifiers from individuals applying for immigration-related benefits.
