TRJC Quarterly Newsletter - April 2025
As the week of April 28th 2025 marks 100 days of the second Trump administration, we are extending solidarity to everyone working tirelessly to protect from the onslaught of attacks targeted against communities of color, immigrants, and protestors, among others. Within the current adverse environment, we remain committed to advancing our collective vision to foster a collaborative community of practitioners, activists, impacted community members, and others dedicated to creating a world beyond incarceration, surveillance, and state violence.
To that end, we hope you find the resources shared in this edition of the newsletter useful. The feature article by Quincy Blair explores the equity considerations of using speed cameras.
Finally, a reminder that we have officially launched the interactive “community hub” of TRJC as a space to build connections and tap into valuable resources. If you haven’t already joined us, sign-up at our website. On this page you’ll also be able to learn more about our community values and goals.
